During the training ‘Negotiation skills’ you’ll learn to negotiate better. You’ll do this in a group of 4 to 8 colleagues. Together, you’ll learn negotiation techniques and master the do’s and don’ts. We do this at a tough pace with plenty of interaction. With a lot of cases, roleplaying, video recordings, etc. And using continuous feedback, from the trainer and your colleagues, focused on your progress.

After the training, we will personally stay in touch two more times with each one of you. During that contact, we’ll evaluate where you are now. Additionally, we’ll look into how we can continue to help you.
