During the workshop ‘Stakeholder Management’ you learn to recognise and analyse stakeholders and master the techniques to ‘influence’ each of these stakeholders in your own way.
It’s a 1-day workshop. You’ll follow it with 4 to 8 colleagues. Together you’ll learn the tricks of influencing others. We’ll do this via a structured plan of action, with space for your personal goals and with plenty of interaction. At the end of the day, you will leave with your own plan of action.
As an extra incentive, we’ll keep in touch two more times with each of you after the training to ensure success going forward.
